產品介紹

1、該產品適用于沙發、座墊、枕頭等填充產品，其優點是碎海綿混合纖維棉、鴨毛，填充出來的產品彈性好，外表平整（枕頭、沙發外觀平整度尤其重要）。
2、碎海棉、松棉、混合、填充于一體，一次性完成把海棉邊角料、原棉（未梳纖維棉）機器將自動把纖維棉梳松，海棉打碎，羽絨及羽毛利用送料機送入機器內，進行均勻混合，（各種原料用量的比例任意調節），然后填充到產品里。
3、可以單獨作梳棉使用。
4、可以梳棉充棉使用。
5、可以單獨作碎海棉使用。
6、可以梳棉混合羽絨填充使用。

備注：需配空壓機：220V  0.75kw排氣量0.9m3/min。

Product Introduction

1. This product is suitable for Sofa, Cushion, Pillow and other products that requires filling. One of the features of this product is that the filled crushed sponge mixture and duck feathers will appear uniformly on your products, which is important for items like Pillow, and Sofa.

2. The machine will automatically crush the sponge, loosen cotton and scrap cotton materials and then evenly mix them along with feathers. The ratio of the mixture can be configured accordingly. The mixed product will then be filled into various products.  

3. Can be used solely for purpose of combing cotton.

4. Can be used for combing cotton and filling of cotton.

5. Can be used solely for crushing of sponge.

6. Can be used for combing cotton and mix it with feathers.
