該機采用自動化控制及變頻技術,一次性把原棉加工成珍珠棉球,通過充棉機直接填充使用,生產出來的珍珠棉球粒壯均勻,手感柔軟且富有彈性.珍珠棉球粒壯大小.松緊,可根據用戶要求隨時調整,從而有效提高生產效率.

本機可以單獨做棉球生產使用,也可以通過組合一邊生產，一邊填充使用.

適合:沙發.枕頭.座墊.玩具.服裝等產品使用.

備注：需配空壓機：220V  0.75kw排氣量0.9m3/min。

Pearl Cotton Ball Machine

Product Introduction

This machine utilize the automated control and frequency changing technique, resulting in a single operation converting raw cotton to pearl cotton ball. It can be interfaced directly to the cotton filling machine. The produced pearl sized cotton ball are of uniformed size, soft to touch and have good elasticity. The size and firmness of the cotton ball can be adjusted accordingly, resulting in good productivity.

This machine can be used standalone or combined with other functional modules to form a full production line.

Suitable for: Sofa, pillow, cushion, toys, fashion and other productions.

Note: Requires compressor – 220V 0.75KW with discharging rate of 0.9m3/min.
