1：用途用于二維\三維螺絲棉、PP棉、公仔棉、普通中空棉進行均勻開散蓬松，一次性開松，適合玩具廠、沙發廠、床上用品廠、服裝廠、纖維制品廠開松使用。

2：特點、利用一個大棍筒和多個小棍筒旋轉咬合，主棍1400轉/分鐘低轉速運行，將原棉進行高達上萬次的梳松整理，且不損傷原棉，其最大的優點，開松三維螺絲棉一次性開松率高達99%以上，而且不會損傷棉花。

3：采用自動送棉裝置，操作安全簡便，連續作業時間長，維修率低；全機采用高溫烤漆，不易生銹。

4：無縫鋼管主棍筒，加數個小棍筒結合作業，開槽纏繞專用齒條，主棍筒已做高速電子動平衡處理，左右誤差僅為0.1-1克，保證機器運行更加平穩無震動，并且機器整體使用壽命更長，維護成本更低。該機體積小，質量高，使用壽命長，維修率低，產量比同類提高60%。

5：可安裝金屬探測報警裝置，遇到金屬物體（2mm以上）進入松棉機，就會馬上報警，停機并自動從輸送帶倒出來，避免金屬物體損壞機身內的鋼齒。

適用產品：3D-25D纖維棉的開松梳理及熱風棉，針棉，噴膠棉等纖維產品的邊角料再次開松。

Cotton Loosening Machine

Product Introduction

1. Suitable for loosening of 2D/3D Screw cotton, Polypropylene cotton, Doll Cotton and Hollow cotton. The loose cotton can then be used in products such as toys, sofa, bedding, textiles and other fiber products.

2. This machine features a main mixture tube connected to many other small mixture tubes. The main mixture tube will rotate at a low speed of 1400 RPM for as much as 10,000 times to loosen the cotton while not damaging the cotton itself. This product can loosen 99% of 3D Screw cotton just once while not damaging the cotton itself.

3. This machine is equipped with an automated cotton feeder mechanism, which allows simple and safe operation. It allows prolonged operation with low failure rate. The entire machine is treated with high heat resistance paint and not easily prone to rust.

4. The main mixture tube is connected to various small mixture tube without gap. The rotational mechanism is equipped with dedicated gear rack. It is weight balance at high speed, with only 0.1-1g allowance. This assures that the machine operates at minimum vibration while increasing the operation lifespan and reduce the need for frequent maintenance. Comparing with other similar product, it can produce 60% higher yield.

5.  It is possible to install metal detector within the machine. Upon detecting metal objects(>2mm) entering the machine, the detector will trigger an alarm and stop the machine. It will also automatically reverse out the load to prevent the metal object damaging the gears in the machine.
